You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Used or damaged products (unless damaged during transit) will not be accepted, as we cannot resell art supplies that have been opened or used.
For products damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong color, wrong quantity), please notify us promptly upon delivery. You do not need to return unused or unopened items in such cases, but you may be asked to provide photos as proof of damage or error to facilitate the process.
To start a return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided at checkout or on our store. Once your return is approved, you will receive guidance on how to ship the product back. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be shipped out once the returned product is verified as eligible.
